Tracy's mission is too Educate and Empower women about the 6 Dimensions of Wellness and to support and guide them to Evolve into the best version of themselves so that they are living their best life.
Tracy has helped thousands of women to lose weight, improve their strength and fitness, transform their mindset, increase their confidence and ultimately give them the gift of empowerment to transform their life.
Tracy comes with a wealth of skills, experience, knowledge and wisdom. She has been a personal trainer for nearly 20 years and now is a Health & Wellness Coach.
Tracy is a qualified Yoga & Pilates Teacher, a Master Reiki Healer, a Sound Healer, a Meditation teacher, a Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy™️, Hypnosis and also a Numerologist and Moonologist.
Her passion for helping women transform their lives came about after losing 30kg on her own weight loss journey in 2001. At the time Tracy was a young mum of 3 kids and knew the struggles of losing weight, balancing kids, work and changing habits. It inspired her to become a personal trainer and help women who were in the same position.
With Tracy's extensive training and experience she's ready to offer you the opportunity to work with her.

I've been doing my weekly Personal Training with Tracy for about 2 years. She has helped me lose the 23kg I put on during my 2nd pregnancy.
