Metafit is a high intensity interval training workout using bodyweight and a variety of equipment.

Designed to boost your resting metabolism up to 24 hours after a session. METAFIT is a HIIT bodyweight class with exercises that are simple, functional and easy to follow.Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates

A mind and body conditioning program to enhance your core strength.

An emphasis on developing a balance within your body and mind. Focusing on core movements and posture Pilates is a perfect way to start building strength. Pilates will strengthen your abdominals, arms, back and will enhance your posture. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
