We’ve always been dedicated to the cleanliness of our studio and the health and safety of our community.
Now we’re taking it to an even higher level and implementing the following
Fit Shape Health & Wellness Responsibility
• Top-grade disinfectant & more frequent cleaning
Use of a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas before and after classes —with a heightened attention to all high-touch surfaces. We also have an extreme cleaning protocol from top to bottom once a week
• Social distancing practices
To ensure safe distancing there will be a maximum of 10 members in studio per class
• Bookings are essential
Due to the limited number of members allowed to train at one time, bookings are essential to secure your spot and a 10 hour cancellation policy will be in place
• Staggered class session times
So there’s no overlap of members and time for thorough sanitisation
• Member health check
Where mandated by NSW government, we will check the temperature of members as they enter the studio

• Sanitising hands
Must be diligent in sanitising hands as soon as you enter the building, and throughout class
• Must bring their own large towel
No towel, no workout
• Wiping down equipment and mats after use
Please assist staff by wiping down equipment and mats after use
• Practice social distancing
Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces ie. bathroom and waiting area.
• If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19
Please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free
We’re encouraging all members and staff to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs & high fives.
Community and love is in our DNA and we are taking every precaution to keep our community safe (and encourage you to do the same).
In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 in studio and you were potentially in contact with the individual, you’ll be notified immediately. From there, we’ll take the necessary safety precautions to disinfect the studio from top to bottom.
